Payment

FOR YOUR PROTECTION ( AND OURS) AGAINST CREDIT CARD FRAUD WE USE GOOGLE CHECKOUT. WE NEVER SEE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND YOUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS PROCESSED VIA GOOGLE'S SECURE SERVER.  Requests to ship to an address other than the billing address address will be denied.

Orders are shipped within 1-14 business days . If the order is taking longer to create or we are experiencing production delays during the height of the wedding season ( April - September) we will notify you via email.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail( except the " I Do" applique which ships via First Class Mail) within 2-3 weeks ( approximately 14 business days) of receiving your order and relevant information to begin production of your order. Shipments are insured and have a tracking number, which is emailed to you once the airway bill is generated.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders that require us to ship in less than 14 business days are subject to a $25 RUSH FEE. If you are in need of a rush order please purchase and contact us with your required due date. We will then invoice you for the rush fee and expedited shipping, if necessary.packages are shipped via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For all International locations we use USPS Priority International shipping. The cost for USPS Priority International service is $28-30 range for international locations from New York City outside of the North American continent. Packages are trackable and insured. If your international location is not listed in the shipping menu please kindly send us a "convo" message and we will happily add your destination.

All orders are shipped to BILLING addresses ONLY. If you request shipment to an unconfirmed or non-billing address we will need further verification from you in order to ship or your order will be denied completely.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items we create we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS . NO EXCEPTIONS. This is standard procedure in the made-to-order bridal industry and the special occasion /bridal industry as a whole. We encourage all clients to ask questions prior to purchasing - we are happy to answer them! Please email us at orders@bellesandcrystals.com .Sale of earrings is final sale, as due to hygienic concerns AND NY STATE LAW --they cannot be returned.

If you are concerned with color matching we can send you a color swatch/sample of the item you are interested in . The cost is $3.00 and if you are in need of this service please email us at orders@bellesandcrystals.com and we will send you an invoice for payment.
